Nutrition.

Our dedicated in-house chef, Marie, works hard to create seasonal menus that provide healthy and wholesome meals for your little ones to enjoy.

If you're child has just started eating solids, we will follow your lead, offering pureed or mashed equivalents of the meals, dependent on their current stage.

And don't worry if your child has specific dietary requirements; we will work with you to provide them with a menu that suits them. We offer vegan, gluten free and dairy free versions of all meals.

Below is an example menu on a typical day at Ridgemount.

Fresh fruit including oranges, bananas, apples and pears

Beef casserole and mashed potato

Fruit crumble and custard

A cold buffet including sandwiches, wraps, pasta salad and dips

Assorted fruit salad with Greek yogurt and honey
